Laird LTM-DV4X1A Vertical Interval IEEE 1394 DV Switcher

The LTM-DV4X1A 1394 DV switcher is a bold leap forward in DV based technology. Now the world of DV can be switched simply and cost-effectively with the LTM-DV4X1A. This digital production tool which can accept up to four devices at the same time and be used with any DV IEEE1394 (Firewire) device such as VTRs, Cameras or NLEs. The devices used do not have to be Genlocked or Synchronous. The LTM-DV4X1A will lock and switch any of the four sources glitch free and clean.

The switcher features simple front panel push buttons which allow simple and easy operation. Housed in a standard Laird half rack enclosure, up to two units can be mounted in a 1RU rack space with the optional LTM-RK2. Powered by 12Vdc, the LTM-DV4X1A can be used in all mobile facilities such as trucks and remote production setups.
